Hands on instruction on building your own wood fired oven.
Offered for the first time in Manitoba, July 6-8, 2013 near the town of Lac Du Bonnet.
Cost of the course will be 375.00 per person, spaces are VERY limited.
These ovens are attractive, practical structures that are appropriate for backyards, cottages, organizations or businesses. They excel at baking bread and pizza, but also work excellently for pies, pastries, cookies, meats, casseroles and anything else for which a conventional oven can be used.
